2005 Client Satisfaction Survey Results Background Information Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the results of its 2005 Client Satisfaction Survey. Our annual survey is a vital opportunity to collect feedback and implement new features on a client by client basis to further optimize performance. We asked what qualities were most important in your pre-employment screener. Identifying the strongest desires among our client base is an annual initiative designed to keep up with your emerging needs. The top three responses were accuracy, quality, and turnaround time. Not coincidentally, those three categories were among the highest scores we received when we asked our clients to evaluate our ability, as they are key elements of our day to day performance goals. We are noticing some trends over the years. For three consecutive years, the amount of time our client’s think it is reasonable for a background check to take has gotten shorter, but your thoughts on our ability to meet those demands have not changed. A safety and security manager who has worked with us for several years gives us high marks. "Professionalism of the employees sets you above many others. Timeliness is very important and checks are always done in time," he said. We continue to receive praise as a company that is flexible and integrates easily with your operations. "They walked us through the entire process and are always quick to get back to us as we continue to learn how the process works and what exactly we need from BIS," said the vice president of a nationally known public relations company. Her comments were similar to those of many other clients who have been with us for less than a year. One of our main goals of this year’s Survey was to determine if we contacted you too much. Nothing could be further from the truth. "Excellent communication with the staff. They always get back to me in a timely manner and explain the 'unique' situations to me. They are also good about letting me know about delays in reporting," said an HR representative with a software company. Her thoughts were echoed by others. The speed and frequency with which we contact our clients with updates or things we want to make them aware of was the #1 compliment we received. Rest assured we will do our best to maintain the high level of personalized contact you have come to expect from us. Two very high scores were also given to us by you in areas we set as strategic goals for the last 12 months. The very positive responses to our questions asking "how much you trust us" and "do you speak to a knowledgeable person when you call" let us know we are moving in the right direction. Only 3% disagreed with either question. Overall, our performance is best summed up by an HR Manager who hires for government contracts. " It is a pleasure working with the staff at BIS. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the company and what is provided to me as a user. Each department has gone the extra mile to assist us.
